How does your layout help guide your viewers eye to read the content? What role to you graphics play in enhancing the overall message and content? How do you use Proximity? How do you use Repetition? How do you use Alignment? How do you use Contrast? I think my layout helps guide the viewer's eye to read the content by placing it directly under the title and left aligning the text to match the alignment of the title. It is also surrounded by the repetition of the orange color which guides the viewer's eye over the text as they move to the repeated color. I think the graphics enhance the overall message by providing a visual representation of the text and adding a lot more interest to the poster. I used proximity by grouping the title and the text together placing the World Vision logo under the text. I used repetition by repeating the orange color to make the poster look more cohesive and to keep the viewer's eye moving about the page. I used alignment by left aligning all the text to create a clean line that lined up with the graphic of the Syrian Refugees. I used contrast by placing the darker colored graphic of the Syrian Refugees over the bright orange background, and I also provided contrast by juxtaposing the orange and black throughout the poster.
